When it comes to packaging, we’re passionate about the planet. We believe in recycling and reducing waste wherever we can. That’s why we often reuse boxes and packing materials that have previously served to bring us stock. It’s all part of our commitment to a plastic-free future. So when you receive your order, you can be sure it’s wrapped and packed with love and care – completely plastic-free

Not only do we try to keep our products plastic free, but our labelling too. As you can see above, we use a variety of recycled craft paper packaging and labelling options, utilisting staples and twine so that we do not need to use sticky tape.

How do you package your orders? We package our orders using boxes that we’ve received from our stock shipments or sourced from large outlets when they no longer need them.

What materials do you use when packing? We exclusively use recycled or repurposed cardboard and boxes. Our orders are precisely tailored to ensure they fit tightly together, preventing any damage during transit. We also cut the boxes to size to eliminate any empty spaces, minimising excess packaging.

Do you use plastic in your packaging? We are committed to plastic -free packaging and do not use plastic in any part of our packaging.

How long does it take to ship an order? Processing from the time of receiving your order to dispatch can take up to 3 days, though we strive to ship all orders by the next business day.

What is the estimated delivery time once the order is shipped? The delivery time depends on your location, but for metropolitan areas, it typically ranges from 1 to 3 days.

What occurs in the event of a delivery delay caused by the courier? Since the courier service operates independently as a third party, we do not take responsibility for any delays they may encounter. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to assist with any required inquiries.

Do you offer freight-free shipping? Yes, orders above $50 qualify for freight-free shipping.

Can you send parcels via express post? Yes, we offer express post options for an additional charge.

Do you ship internationally? While we can ship products internationally, our website doesn’t support this feature. Please email us for a shipping quote for your desired products.

Can I get my order gift-wrapped? We apologise, but we do not provide gift-wrapping services.

Do you send orders to PO Boxes? Yes, we do.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Sorry, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

What warranty do you offer on your products? Our stainless steel products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty

Do your stainless steel products have any coatings? None of our stainless steel products have coatings; they are all machine-polished.

Is all the stainless steel used in the lunchboxes and containers food-grade? Absolutely, all our stainless steel products are crafted from food-grade stainless steel.

Where are you located? Our office is situated in the Gold Coast Hinterlands in Queensland. Our stock is stored and shipped from our 3PL facility in NSW, and we maintain a close partnership with our warehouse.

Where are your products made? We are committed to sourcing top-quality products from well-established sources. Many of our products are crafted by third-generation, family-owned factories based in India. Similarly, we extend our sourcing efforts to Sri Lanka, partnering with family-operated businesses. In addition, we carefully select specific factories in China, adhering to strict criteria. 

How are your products sourced? Our expertise lies in building strong relationships with our factories. We have nurtured partnerships with most of our suppliers for several years, even spanning over a decade. We focus on understanding the factory’s true values, working conditions of their employees, and ensure direct communication for a deeper understanding of our product requirements.
