Additionally, this bag offers a process of upcycling where by, using already existing plastics from single use plastic water bottles and giving them a new life as well as options for different uses.

What is Recycled PET (RPET)

RPET is a polyester fabric made from recycled plastic water bottles. The process includes washing and sterilising the bottles, breaking them down into tiny flakes and then spinning into yarn. The yarn is then woven into a recycled polyester fabric.

RPET is easy to recycle. PET is distinguished by #1 recycling label and is accepted by most recycling programs.
RPET is a sustainable option over creating new textiles.

Renewing old plastic water bottles and creating a new life offers a better solution than them ending up in landfill and is certainly a good step in the right direction with the current plastic bottle waste problem.
